We are happy to solve that for you! You can share a complaint about one of our products or services with us by calling
+31 10 307 09 06 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service employees are available on working days from 10:00 to 17:00. They will send a confirmation of receipt within 2 or 3 working days. You will in any case receive a substantive response within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint?
Then you can submit this to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl).
You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
