Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to us are for your own account. These costs are €4.99 per package and will be deducted from your refund.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are Shampoos, Hair Masks, Conditioners, Serums and other cosmetics, the seal of which has been broken after delivery. For reasons of health protection, these products are not suitable for return if the seal is broken.

If the products are still unopened in seal and you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due (minus €4.99 shipping costs) within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you are only liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. set. The basic principle here is that you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with deduction of €4.99 shipping costs for your return to us and excluding any additional costs as a result of your choice for another method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. When we receive return products of which the seal has been broken and/or the products are not complete and as new, we will send the package back to you. These costs are for your own account because your return does not meet the requirements.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account.
